Despite the challenges of limited resources and the demands of schoolwork, the campus journalists of both English and Filipino had poured their hearts and minds in crafting this year’s articles for publication.

Anomar National High School is proud to share these valuable resources which intend to inform the public and community stakeholders the latest updates, conditions and performance of the journalists and the school as a whole. To the hardworking journalists for their commitment to truth and storytelling, your efforts are acknowledged and have truly paid off.

It can be recalled that these school papers clinched awards in the Division Search for Best Top 5 School Papers and qualified to the Regional Schools Press Conference- School Paper Contests Category last April 11, 2025 at Barobo Surigao del Sur. The following were the awards:

As part of strengthening the reporting system of the school's current condition and performance, the school is proud to share its School Report Card SY 2024-2025.

This card is just a simple yet comprehensive in terms of informing the stakeholders on how far the school has served for 10 months. With the present administration, it currently works on its tagline "Moving towards Excellence, Transformation, and Innovation" with the hope to improve its performance indicators, along with its governance and projects.

In consideration of the context of the school, the teachers, with the support of the community members, are working collaboratively to ensure its advocacy and intended purpose of improving the quality of education for the next years to come.

We thank the SPTA officials, SSLG officers, teachers, and School Governing Council for this laudable success in achieving the targets of the School Report Card for SY 2024-2025.

The school's campaign, "Moving Towards Excellence, Transformation, and Innovation", highlights the important role that teachers, learners, and stakeholders play in achieving the holistic development concept in Anomar National High School. This tagline is what propels the school to hone further their skills and to discover more of their potentials.

More than dedicated and committed- and this trend of work and excellence must continue. As advocate of transformation, we continue to lead with greatness and to spark with commitment as teachers help in bringing the best of our learners.

As we look back, the school year 2024-2025 was filled with great achievements in sports, journalism, talents, and many more. This shows how each one works in a powerful and meaningful way. We are on quest, and we seek to continue for success either small or big in support with our parents and community stakeholders.

To all, we thank our stakeholders especially the School Parents-Teachers Association for the continuous support. Through this partnership, the school is able to develop collaborative leadership that really matters from time to time in support to our learners and teachers.

NEWS ON BRIEF.

MARADJAW EVENTS CENTER, SURIGAO CITY. A total of 84 completers from Grade12 of Anomar National High School achieved a significant milestone by graduation ceremonies conducted last April 15, 2025. Dr. Gilbert L. Gayrama, CESO VI, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent emphasized that how important it is to graduate Senior High School with the hope to realize DepEd’s exits - kolehiyo, trabaho, negosyo, at middle skills development.
