The STI College Hospitality Management Department continues to prove its culinary mastery, taking home 1st Place in the 23rd Tilaw Food Festival – Surigao’s Best Fish Kinilaw.

Held in celebration of National Tourism Week 2026 and World Tourism Day, this competition showcased the region's rich food heritage and local creative talent. Representing our department with remarkable skill, delivered a winning flavor profile that captured the hearts and palates of the judges!
