Nowadays, human trafficking is becoming a highly profitable route to wealth and power, now ranking alongside drug and weapons trafficking as the largest criminal activities. This human trafficking lecture-forum focuses both on the different victims in the different types of human trafficking and most importantly discussing about the issues behind the deviancy of the human trafficker, inculcating the very reason why such behavior really existed. This would also give relevance to social work as to identifying the roles, services and functions of social workers
dealing with this kind of deviant behavior. Hence, it seeks to point out how human trafficking affects the entire society – and as part of the society, every individual has the right to be informed and incorporate with such group of individuals that are considered aberrant
