District V comprises the following six elementary and three secondary schools, to wit: Surigao City Central Elementary School (SUCCES) at Diez St. Mapawa, Lisondra Elementary School (LES) at Brgy. Lisondra, Nonoc Elementary School (NES) at Brgy. Nonoc, and Talisay Elementary School (TES) at Brgy. Talisay, Nonoc National High School (NNHS) at Brgy. Nonoc, Talisay National High School (TNHS) at Brgy. Talisay, and Capalayan National High School (CNHS). And together with schools’ Alumni Associations and Parents-Teachers Associations (PTAs), the District V community highly believes in strong partnerships that can manifest commitment and dedication towards achieving high academic performance and holistic child development.
