📌RECENTLY | 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦’ 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗟𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

On May 25, 2026, Surigao del Norte State University successfully conducted the Graduating Students’ General Assembly for Academic Year 2025–2026 in preparation for the upcoming Commencement Exercises 2026. The assembly was held in two separate sessions to accommodate graduating students across all campuses, with the City Campus convening at the SNSU Gymnasium at 1:00 PM and the Claver, Del Carmen, Mainit, and Malimono Campuses joining virtually via Zoom at 6:00 PM.

Present during the assembly was Dr. Ronita E. Talingting, Vice President for Academic Affairs, who provided guidance and important updates regarding the University’s graduation preparations. The meeting was presided over by the University Student Council, headed by USC President and Student Regent, Hon. Angelo Rodriguez, who facilitated the discussions and encouraged active participation among the graduating students.

The assembly served as a venue for discussing significant matters concerning the graduating class, including the Election of the Graduating Student Council Executive Officers and Officials, Graduation Schedule, Yearbook and Graduation Pictorial Schedule and Guidelines, Selection of the Batch Name, Batch Project, Theme Song, and Batch Solidarity Dance. These agenda items aimed to ensure that the graduating class remains informed, represented, and actively involved in decisions that will shape their graduation experience.

As the University moves closer to the Commencement Exercises, the assembly underscored the importance of leadership, collaboration, and collective responsibility among members of the graduating class. Through meaningful participation and shared commitment, the Class of 2026 continues to build a legacy of excellence, unity, and service as they prepare to transition from students to proud alumni of Surigao del Norte State University.

The Academic Hall of Surigao del Norte State University continues to be filled with excitement and anticipation as graduating students gather for Days 3–5 of the Yearbook 2026 Graduation Pictorials. 📸 Day 3 (May 28) featured graduating students from BS Civil Engineering (BSCE), BS Electrical Engineering (BSEE), BS Computer Engineering (BSCoE), Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering Technology (BAET), and Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BEET).

📸 Day 4 (May 29) showcased future professionals from Bachelor of Industrial Technology major in Electrical Technology (BSET), Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Technology (BMET) – Mechanical Technology, RAC, and WAFT, Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM), Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM), and Bachelor of Industrial Technology major in Automotive Technology (BSIT-ADT).

📸 Day 5 (May 30) highlighted graduating students from Bachelor of Industrial Technology majors in Automotive, Electronics, HVACR, Mechanical, WAFT, and Electrical Technology.

May 27, 2026 marked the second day of the Graduation Pictorials at the Acad Hall of Surigao del Norte State University, featuring the graduating students from AB English Language, BS Mathematics, Claver Campus, BS Computer Science, and BS Information Systems.

More than capturing portraits, the event reflected years of perseverance, dedication, and academic excellence as students celebrated another milestone closer to graduation.
