PUBLIC ADVISORY | MODIFIED CLASS SCHEDULE

Please be informed that effective August 19, 2026, face-to-face classes in all public and private Day Care Centers, Elementary, and Secondary Schools within the Municipality of Claver will resume under a modified schedule from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM only due to the prevailing extreme heat conditions.

🌡️ When temperatures reach 40°C and above, schools may implement the appropriate Modular Learning Modality based on daily weather and heat index monitoring.

💧 Everyone is reminded to stay hydrated, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, wear lightweight clothing, use umbrellas or hats outdoors, and ensure proper ventilation in classrooms.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY: CONTINUATION OF SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

The Municipality of Claver – Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (LDRRMC) has issued Public Advisory No. 2, s. 2026, dated August 16, 2026, announcing the continuation of the temporary suspension of face-to-face classes due to the prevailing extreme heat conditions.

📌 All face-to-face classes in public and private schools, including Day Care Centers, Elementary, and Secondary Schools, shall remain temporarily suspended until further notice.

👩‍🏫 For teaching and non-teaching personnel:
Attendance and work arrangements shall remain subject to the discretion of the respective School Head, in accordance with existing DepEd policies and applicable issuances, with primary consideration given to the health, safety, and welfare of school personnel.

☀️ Everyone is reminded to continue observing necessary precautions during the extreme heat:
• Stay indoors or in cool, well-ventilated areas whenever possible.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and strenuous activities.
• Drink plenty of water regularly to prevent dehydration.
• Wear lightweight, loose-fitting, and light-colored clothing.
• Use umbrellas, hats, or other appropriate protection outdoors.
• Closely monitor children, older persons, and other vulnerable individuals.
• Stay updated with official advisories from the LGU, DepEd, and other concerned agencies.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT | CLASS SUSPENSION

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Learners,

Due to the extreme heat and to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone, classes will be suspended until further notice.

In lieu of face-to-face classes, we will shift to ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING. Teachers will provide and send learning activities and tasks that learners can accomplish at home.

Please be guided accordingly and stay updated through the school’s official communication channels.

📌 Our Intramurals and Acquaintance activities will also be POSTPONED and moved to a later date. The new schedule will be announced once conditions become favorable and safe for everyone.

Let us continue to prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our learners, teachers, and staff.

PAGBUBUKAS NG BUWAN NG WIKA 2026 🇵🇭

Sa temang “Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon,” buong puso nating binuksan ang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 sa Cagdianao National High School.

Matapos ang Flag Ceremony, naging makulay ang programa sa pagsusuot ng ating mga g**o ng kanilang magagandang kasuotang Filipiniana, bilang pagpapakita ng pagmamahal at pagpapahalaga sa ating mayamang kultura at pagkakakilanlan bilang mga Pilipino.

Lalong naging makahulugan ang pagbubukas ng programa sa isang madamdaming awit-isahan na inialay ng isang mag-aaral mula sa Baitang 7, na nagbigay-inspirasyon at nagpaalala sa kahalagahan ng ating wikang pambansa.

Sa pagharap natin sa makabagong panahon ng teknolohiya at Artificial Intelligence (AI), nawa’y gamitin natin ang mga ito nang may pananagutan habang patuloy nating pinahahalagahan, pinagyayaman, at ipinagmamalaki ang ating sariling wika. Patunayan nating ang Wikang Filipino ay buhay, makabago, at may mahalagang papel sa paghubog ng kaalaman, pagkakaisa, at kinabukasan ng bawat Pilipino.

Another meaningful gathering of faith and fellowship was held at Cagdianao National High School through our Monthly Mass and Campus Ministry. 🕊️❤️

The activity provided our learners, teachers, and staff an opportunity to pause, reflect, give thanks, and strengthen their faith and spiritual well-being.

✨ Most importantly, the activity was conducted AFTER CLASS HOURS, ensuring that NO CLASS WAS DISTURBED and NO INSTRUCTIONAL TIME WAS DISRUPTED. This allows our learners to actively participate in spiritual activities while maintaining our commitment to quality teaching and learning.

May this monthly gathering continue to inspire our school community to grow not only academically, but also in faith, values, compassion, and service to others. 🙏

Platinum Group Metal Corporation Conducts IEC and Tree Planting Activity at Cagdianao National High School

Today at 2:00 PM, Platinum Group Metal Corporation successfully conducted an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) session for the Senior High School (SHS) students of Cagdianao National High School. The activity provided valuable insights that encouraged students to become more informed, responsible, and active members of the community.

Following the IEC, participants joined a tree planting activity within the school premises, demonstrating their shared commitment to environmental conservation and sustainability. Together, students, teachers, and representatives from Platinum Group Metal Corporation planted trees that will help create a greener, healthier, and more resilient school environment for future generations.

Cagdianao National High School successfully conducted its Earthquake and Fire Drill in partnership with the Cagdianao BFP Sub-Station, reinforcing the importance of disaster preparedness and emergency response among learners, teachers, and personnel.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the dedicated BFP personnel who facilitated the activity:

The drill showcased the readiness and teamwork of the School Emergency Response Team (SERT) as every responder confidently performed their designated roles with preparedness, calmness, coordination, and professionalism.

Special recognition goes to Sir Jedenrey C. Alegre, Team Leader of the School Emergency Response Team, for his exemplary leadership, decisive coordination, and effective command throughout the entire simulation, ensuring that every response was carried out efficiently and safely.

During the simulation:
✅ Three (3) victims were successfully rescued and immediately provided with appropriate first aid by the Health and First Aid Responders.
✅ The Evacuation Responders efficiently guided everyone to the designated safe areas and conducted an accurate headcount to ensure that all individuals were accounted for.
✅ The Firefighting Responders promptly demonstrated the proper procedures in responding to a fire emergency, highlighting the importance of teamwork and quick action during critical situations.

This successful drill reflects the school’s unwavering commitment to creating a safe, prepared, and disaster-resilient learning environment. Through continuous training and collaboration with our partners, we strengthen our capacity to respond effectively when emergencies arise.
