We sincerely thank Hon. Josemedy Aborque, the Barangay Captain of Lipata, for gracing the 71st Moving Up Ceremony last March 31, 2026 and for sharing his valuable message with our learners.

In his speech, Hon. Aborque encouraged the pupils to embrace responsibility, honesty, and respect for others as they continue their educational journey.
