Attention to all SNSU students!

Please be guided of the following clearance items for the DSA per year level. All transactions will be done at the Guidance and Counseling Office window every weekdays. Please prepare to present a screenshot of your class list for 1st Semester 2023-2024. Open your student portal using this link https://myfg.snsu.edu.ph/login to access your class list.

Important Notes:
*To the students who attended the Learning Session and answered the Faculty Performance Evaluation (signed the two attendance sheets), you will only wait for the DSA to clear you. Please be patient as there are a number of students to be cleared.
*If you are still not cleared but you signed the attendance sheets, you can come to the guidance office for validation.
*Please answer the faculty performance evaluation near the guidance office to ensure confidentiality.
*It is prohibited to photocopy the forms given by the office to distribute to other students.
*More importantly, write your names on the attendance sheet clearly as this will be the bases for you to be cleared from the DSA.
