β€’ Empty your pockets; any items found will be confiscated.

π‹πŽπŽπŠ | πŸ“π“π‡ π“π‘π€πˆππˆππ† πƒπ€π˜

Under the continuous guidance of Lt. Col. Romel C. De La Cruz PA (Res), Commandant, the Surigao del Norte State University Main Campus ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 5th training day. The formation started with the checking of attendance, followed by a comprehensive lecture on β€œMilitary Customs and Traditions” delivered by Cdt. Maj. Alexa Audrey T. Edradan (ROTC) 1CL.

She was able to discuss thoroughly the basics, principles, and etiquette of the army as well as related customs and courtesies, respects to rank and position and age-old traditions and ceremonies, and the discipline expected of every soldier. She gave ample examples and explanations to show how each contributes to order, unity, and the spirit of the soldiers. The cadets were able to practice what they have learned immediately after the lecture while the military stakes were being conducted. Each cadet worked on their own and applied what they learned during the lecture.

Because of the help provided by the Advance ROTC Officers, Graduate Military Assistants, and the UDRRM Responders, the conduct of the formation was a great success. With the support of these people, the cadets maintained the standard of excellence and brought glory to the Surigao del Norte State University Main Campus. Again, they showed their pride and professionalism by doing the task expected of them excellently.

In the spirit of compassion and service, the SNSU launching a donation drive to aid the needs of those affected by the recent fire incident in Surigao City. Many of our fellow students and other families in Navarro St., Brgy. Taft have been displaced and lost their belongings. Let's unite to help them recover and return to school.

Under the continuous guidance of Lt. Col. Romel C. De La Cruz PA (Res), Commandant, the Surigao del Norte State University Main Campus ROTC Unit successfully conducted its fourth training day on September 19, 2026, at Surigao City Central Elementary School (SUCCES) . The formation started with the checking of attendance, followed by a comprehensive lecture on Drills and Ceremonies delivered by Cpl. Erne S. Crisologo (Inf) PA.

He thoroughly discussed the fundamental principles, precise movements, and proper commands essential to military drills, while clearly demonstrating the correct ex*****on of every drill movement to ensure the cadets fully understood the standards of precision, discipline, and uniformity required. After the lecture, a brief yet important reminder on going home safely after the formation was given by Sgt. Argie T. Tolibas PA (Res). Alongside the lecture, the military stakes took place with each cadet focusing on their individual performance and careful ex*****on of the skills learned.

With the dedicated assistance of the Advance ROTC Officers, Graduate Military Assistants, and the on-duty UDRRM Responders, the formation proceeded smoothly and efficiently. Through their attentive participation and disciplined conduct, the cadets upheld the high standards expected of military students and brought pride to the institution. Their performance once again reinforced the unit’s strong commitment to excellence, service, and institutional pride.
