PICE-SPUS Student Chapter Joins the 10th Region XIII Technical Conference! 🏗️✨

The PICE Student Chapter of St. Paul University Surigao proudly participated in the 10th Region XIII Technical Conference held at the Philippine Gateway Hotel, Surigao City, on October 2–3, 2025.

With the theme “Empowering Membership, Promoting Specialization: Building a Stronger PICE for the Preferred Future,” the event gathered civil engineers and students from across the CARAGA Region to engage in technical discussions, professional development, and camaraderie.

The SPUS delegates actively represented the university, gaining valuable insights and experiences that will help shape their journey as future civil engineers.

BSIT Students Showcase Cybersecurity Excellence in TRON Cyber Defense Competition 💻🏆

Demonstrating remarkable talent and determination, students from the BSIT program made an impressive mark at the TRON Cyber Defense Competition, earning 2nd and 8th place among top contenders.

Team 1 — Bryan Callipes, Dexter Requillo, Karl Satsat, and Jayson Dialde — secured 2nd Place, while Team 2 — Antoniette Lanuza, Kean Ocliaso, BC Edillor, and Augustine Comon — achieved 8th Place in the national event.

Their success stands as a testament to the department’s dedication to advancing cybersecurity education and nurturing future IT professionals.
