A project built not only with funds, but with teamwork, service, and camaraderie.

Through the combined funds of the SSLG S.Y. 2025–2026 and S.Y. 2026–2027, our 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒆 𝑩𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒉 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 has finally come to life! 🪑✨

Throughout the project’s progress, the SSLG, together with YES-O and BKB, worked hand-in-hand to relocate the colored rubber wheels to another vacant area, making way for the construction. We also took the opportunity to beautify the space by painting the wheels, and personally helped paint the concrete benches themselves. 🎨

Beyond the finished benches, this experience allowed our volunteers to strengthen camaraderie, cooperation, and the spirit of volunteerism. Even during the weekend, while the project was underway, we remained committed to caring for our school environment by watering the plants. 🌱💧

This project is more than just a place to sit—it is a symbol of what we can accomplish when we work together. 💚

Today, we commemorate Ninoy Aquino Day, honoring the life and legacy of Benigno “Ninoy” S. Aquino Jr., whose courage and dedication to democratic ideals became an enduring part of Philippine history.

May this day remind us that patriotism is not only found in grand acts, but also in standing for truth, freedom, and the welfare of the Filipino people. As the youth and future of our nation, may we continue to learn from history and use our voices responsibly for a better Philippines.

𝐈𝐊𝐀-𝟏𝟒𝟖 𝐊𝐀𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐍 𝐍𝐈 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐄𝐋 𝐋. 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐙𝐎𝐍

Ngayong ika-19 ng Agosto, ating ginugunita ang ika-148 kaarawan ni Manuel L. Quezon, ang ikalawang Pangulo ng Commonwealth ng Pilipinas at isang mahalagang tagapagtaguyod ng wikang pambansa.

Sa kanyang mga naiambag sa pagtataguyod ng pagkakakilanlan, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan, patuloy na nabubuhay ang kanyang mga adhikain sa bawat Pilipino.

𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧 🤝

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), together with the student body of Wilfredo D. Rafols Memorial National High School, helped the donation activity in support of families affected in Nueva Extension Brgy. Taft, and Brgy. Nabago.

This initiative was made possible through the cooperation of the SSLG of Capalayan National High School and Taft National High School, united by one purpose: to extend help, hope, and solidarity to those in need. 💚

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to everyone who donated and contributed to this meaningful effort. Every donation, big or small, became a symbol of compassion and bayanihan.

Rafolians, this is what it means to lead with a heart for service. 💚🤝

In line with the DFSSLG Surigao City Donation Drive, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Wilfredo D. Rafols Memorial National High School proudly supports the initiative to provide assistance to our fellow Surigaonons affected by the recent fire in Brgy. Taft.

The SSLG of WDRMNHS will also be donating to those who are affected by the recent fire in Brgy. Nabago.

Sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026, ating binibigyang-pugay ang wikang Filipino bilang mahalagang saligan ng ating pagkakakilanlan, kultura, at kasaysayan. Higit pa sa isang midyum ng komunikasyon, ang ating pambansang wika ay nagsisilbing tulay sa pagkakaisa ng bawat Pilipino at patuloy na nagtataguyod ng pagmamahal sa ating sariling pamana.

Alinsunod sa temang "Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon," kinikilala natin ang mahalagang papel ng makabagong teknolohiya sa pagpapalawak ng kaalaman at pagpapayaman ng pananaliksik. Sa responsableng paggamit ng Artificial Intelligence, mas nagiging makabuluhan ang pagkatuto habang patuloy nating pinahahalagahan at isinusulong ang paggamit ng wikang Filipino sa makabagong panahon.

Inaanyayahan ang buong pamayanan ng paaralan na makiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika sa pamamagitan ng aktibong pakikilahok sa iba't ibang gawain at patimpalak. Nawa'y maging inspirasyon ang pagdiriwang na ito upang lalo nating mahalin, gamitin, at ipagmalaki ang ating pambansang wika bilang sagisag ng ating pagkakaisa, identidad, at pag-unlad.

As part of the Nutrition Month Celebration 2026, the Feeding Program served as a meaningful reminder of the importance of proper nutrition in supporting the growth, health, and well-being of every learner. Filled with smiles and gratitude, the activity reflected the spirit of sharing, care, and the value of healthy eating.

Our school came alive with joy, enthusiasm, and healthy competition as students showcased their knowledge, creativity, and talents in the Essay Writing Contest, Impromptu Speech Contest, Nutri-Quiz Bowl, and Nutri-Jingle Competition.

Every participant gave their best, making each contest a meaningful celebration of this year's Nutrition Month. Congratulations to all the winners for their outstanding performances, and to every participant for your courage, dedication, and sportsmanship. Your efforts made this celebration truly memorable.

To our teachers, judges, organizers, and everyone who contributed to the success of these activities, thank you for your unwavering support and commitment.

Together, we celebrated not only the importance of proper nutrition but also the values of excellence, teamwork, and creativity. Here's to building a healthier, smarter, and stronger Rafolian community!
