The heat is giving WAY TOO MUCH lately🥵 Don’t let the rising temperature catch you off guard—stay hydrated, keep cool, and know when it’s time to take a break from the heat. Stay cool, stay safe, and don’t let the heat win.

💧 HYDRATE — Drink water regularly, even before you feel thirsty.
☂️ PROTECT — Use an umbrella, cap, or other sun protection when outdoors.
☀️ LIMIT EXPOSURE — Avoid prolonged activities under direct sunlight, especially during the hottest hours.
🌳 COOL DOWN — Stay in shaded, well-ventilated, or cool areas whenever possible.
👕 DRESS LIGHT — Wear your prescribed uniform and avoid unnecessary layers such as jackets or hoodies.
💡 KNOW THE SIGNS — Watch for dizziness, headache, weakness, heavy sweating, nausea, or muscle cramps.

Patuloy nating pahalagahan ang wikang Filipino bilang mahalagang bahagi ng ating kultura at pagkakakilanlan. Sa panahon ng makabagong teknolohiya, gamitin natin ito nang wasto sa pag-aaral, pananaliksik, at pagbabahagi ng kaalaman. 🍂

Nawa'y magsilbing daan ang ating wika sa mas malalim na pag-unawa, mas mabuting komunikasyon, at patuloy na pagkatuto. 📜

🥗✨ NUTRITION MONTH 2026 CULMINATION ✨🥗

With a celebration filled with exciting activities, and a shared commitment to a healthier future, the High School Department proudly wrapped up its 2026 Nutrition Month Celebration through a Culmination Program held on July 25 at the SEC Amphitheater, guided by this year’s theme: “Sa PPAN, Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat para sa Lahat.” 🍎🥦💚

The event was a celebration of learning, creativity, and teamwork, highlighted by the awarding of students who excelled in the various Nutrition Month competitions. 🏆🎉

As another memorable Nutrition Month comes to a close, may the lessons we learned go beyond this celebration and continue to inspire us to make healthier choices every day.

Congratulations to all the winners and participants for making this year’s celebration a resounding success! 🎊

🌾 NutriFest 2026: Tabo sa Paaralan 🌾

The Surigao Education Center (SEC) High School Department successfully conducted NutriFest 2026: Tabo sa Paaralan on July 22, 2026, as part of the school’s celebration of Nutrition Month. The event showcased the students’ creativity, teamwork, and appreciation for healthy, nutritious, and locally available food through their well-prepared booths and active participation.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our school administrators, teachers, parents, and students who contributed to the success of this meaningful activity. Together, let us continue to promote healthy living and foster a stronger, more united school community.
