Cabrera-Altres National High School strengthens its commitment to ensuring a safe, secure, and resilient learning environment through the Orientation on School Preparedness on Active Attack Incidents and the School Contingency Plan for Active Attack Incidents.

The activity featured our resource speaker, PCol. Atty. Mariano C. Lukban, Chief of Police of the Surigao City Police Station, together with the dedicated personnel of the Surigao City Police Station and representatives from the Barangay Bonifacio Council. Their expertise and insights provided our school personnel with essential knowledge on preparedness, appropriate response, coordination, and crisis management in the event of an active attack incident.

This important initiative was spearheaded by Mr. Mark Anthony Atayan, DRRM Coordinator, under the supervision and guidance of our Principal IV, Dr. Trinidad T. Pulvera, and Assistant Principal, Dr. Jesyl A. Torrecampo.

At CANHS, preparedness is more than a plan—it is a shared responsibility. Through strengthened partnerships among the school, law enforcement, and the community, we continue to build a culture of awareness, readiness, and resilience.
