𝗙𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟭𝗦𝗧 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗟𝗬 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The FATEP Organization successfully conducted its 1st General Assembly Meeting on August 25, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, bringing together FATEP officers and members for an afternoon of meaningful discussions, planning, and collaboration.

The program was graced by the presence of our FATEP Adviser, Ma’am Hazel Mae E. Donato, who delivered the Welcome Address, and Dr. Mylene Grace Denona, PhD, Dean of the Institute of Agriculture, who shared an inspiring Inspirational Message with our members.

The program officially began with the Presentation of the FATEP Officers, followed by the parliamentary session and discussion of the following agenda:

The assembly concluded with an Open Forum, where members had the opportunity to share their thoughts, suggestions, and concerns. Mr. Nikki C. Cordero, MAST, also shared valuable ideas and insights regarding the upcoming Agri-Tech Days 2026.

This successful gathering marks another step toward strengthening unity, communication, and active participation among FATEP members. Together, we continue to cultivate ideas, embrace technology, and build meaningful opportunities for the organization and its members.

The 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐅𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐏) 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is pleased to invite all its members to the 1st FATEP Organization General Assembly Meeting happening on August 25, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the SCSC Gymnasium.

This General Assembly is an important gathering for all FATEP members as we come together to discuss essential organizational matters, present important updates, review previous accomplishments, and lay out the plans, programs, projects, and activities for the upcoming academic year. It is also an opportunity for every member to be informed, involved, and actively participate in the growth and development of our organization.

𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬.

All FATEP members are required to attend the General Assembly. Your presence and active participation are highly important, as the matters to be discussed during the meeting concern the organization and its members. Everyone is encouraged to arrive on time, stay throughout the program, and participate respectfully in the discussions and activities.

Let us make this General Assembly a meaningful start to another year of unity, leadership, service, and commitment. Together, let us strengthen our organization, support one another, and work toward achieving our shared goals as future agricultural technologists and entrepreneurs.

𝗕𝗨𝗚𝗡𝗨𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗬 𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠

Laughter, camaraderie, and new beginnings filled the afternoon as the 𝗙𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗦𝗖𝗦𝗖 proudly facilitated the 𝐁𝐮𝐠𝐧𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐲 (𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 for the students of the Institute of Agriculture.

The program officially introduced the newly elected FATEP officers, giving fresh students the opportunity to get to know the leaders who will serve and represent them throughout the academic year. The excitement continued with a series of interactive games and fun-filled activities that encouraged teamwork, friendship, and the true spirit of the FATEP community.

More than just an afternoon of fun, 𝐁𝐮𝐠𝐧𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐲 (𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 became a meaningful opportunity to build connections, strengthen unity, and warmly welcome everyone to another fruitful year in the Institute of Agriculture.

With hearts full of excitement and school pride, the South Cotabato State College - Institute of Agriculture, FATEP Organization - SCSC welcomed the new academic year through "𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐈 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 : 𝐔𝐩𝐨𝐝 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐚 -- 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝, 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧."

Held on August 3, 2026, the celebration featured the Parade of Programs, a solemn Flag Ceremony, and an engaging Campus Tour, warmly welcoming our new students while strengthening our shared commitment to the values, heritage, and excellence that define our institution.

As we begin another chapter together, may this journey inspire us to uphold our traditions, embrace new opportunities, and strive for excellence in everything we do.

On July 27, 2026, the FATEP Organization successfully held its Turnover Ceremony at TB 1, Room 1, South Cotabato State College.

The event marked a meaningful transition of leadership as the outgoing officers formally entrusted their responsibilities to the newly elected officers, symbolizing continuity, service, and commitment to the organization.

We were honored by the presence of our FATEP adviser, Ma'am Hazel Mae E. Donato, who led the "𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗨𝗡𝗨𝗠𝗣𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗞𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗚𝗞𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗡", inspiring both the former and incoming officers to uphold the values and mission of FATEP with integrity and dedication.

To our outgoing officers, thank you for your unwavering service and leadership. To our newly elected officers, congratulations! May this new chapter be filled with passion, teamwork, and excellence as you continue to lead FATEP toward greater success.

📣 BAYANIHAN SA KOLEHIYO A.Y. 2026–2027

"Together, we build a better SCSC through the spirit of bayanihan."

In preparation for the opening of Academic Year 2026–2027, the Supreme Student Council of South Cotabato State College (SSC-SCSC) announces the conduct of BAYANIHAN SA KOLEHIYO.

📅 Schedule:
🗓 July 13–17, 2026
🗓 July 20–24, 2026

⚠️ This activity is COMPULSORY for all incoming 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year students of South Cotabato State College. Participation in this activity is a required undertaking facilitated by the Supreme Student Council (SSC-SCSC) as part of the college's preparations for the upcoming academic year.

🧹 Required Cleaning Materials

Students are required to bring any of the following cleaning materials:
• Trapo
• Sako
• Silhig (Tingting)
• Pisaw
• Pala

📌 The assigned areas for each program/year level will be posted in a separate announcement. Please stay tuned for further updates.
