ADSET Skills & Training Center Inc. offers "FREE ASSESSMENT" on HEO Wheel loader NC II under TESDA’s CACW (Competency Assessment and Certification for WORKERS).

Requirements:
1. Duly accomplished Application Form with SAG
2. 4 pcs. passport size pictures (white background with collar, studio taken)
3. Certificate of Employment or Endorsement Letter from the industry/institution (for employed/industry workers/professional)
4. Transcript of Records/Diploma (Photocopy)
5. Photocopy of Driver's License with 3 specimen signatures
6. Photocopy of Birth Certificate/Marriage Contract (for married women)
7. 1-Long Green envelope
