Warmest congratulations to San Martin Elementary School for being recognized with the WinS Seal of Excellence Awardee ( National WinS Three‑Star Standard). This outstanding achievement reflects your collective commitment to promoting a healthy, safe, and learner‑friendly school environment that nurtures the well‑being and learning of every child.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated SMES personnel (teaching/nonteaching) headed by the school head Iris C. Navarro, whose professionalism, care, and daily efforts made this recognition possible. To the SPTA/HRPTA officers, parents, guardians, and BLGU, LGU and all stakeholders: your partnership, support, and active involvement have been vital in sustaining school programs and ensuring that our learners thrive.
Special appreciation to former School Head Rhenan Vince Betque, for the leadership and groundwork laid during his tenure, which helped guide the school toward this milestone. We also recognize the full support of our Division WinS Coordinator Annie Rose Racosas, RN, School Health Section Personnel, especially to mam Joy Catipay, and PSDS Rima D. Magdayao of South Isulan District/SK Division whose guidance strengthened the school’s WinS initiatives.
