“Great leaders are developed through continuous learning, discipline, and the willingness to improve.”

The Sugbongcogon Community College (SuCC) Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit conducted its regular training activity on 6 September 2026, as part of the First Semester ROTC Training Program.

The activity was graced and supervised by MSg Melicio Q. Sagaral (Army), Cpl Erwin L. Borlaza (Res), and Cpl John Namfrel Barticulo (Res), together with the Training Staff and Cadet Officers of the SuCC ROTC Unit.

The cadets took part in organized training activities designed to strengthen their military bearing, discipline, coordination, and responsiveness. The different exercises also provided opportunities for the cadets to practice proper ex*****on, maintain formation, and work effectively with their fellow cadets.

The activity emphasized that effective training goes beyond physical performance. It also develops self discipline, cooperation, accountability, and respect for authority qualities that every cadet should carry both inside and outside the training ground.

With every instruction followed and every activity completed, the cadets continued to gain valuable experience and build a stronger foundation for their future roles as responsible citizens and leaders.

Train with purpose. Learn with discipline. Lead with responsibility.
