A Pilot's license never expires but his medical certificate does expire. Since a class 1 medical expires annually, it's mandatory that a professional pilot is fit and proper to keep their medical current at all times. EGA promotes the right attitude and the discipline necessary to make health & fitness a healthy lifestyle choice to create fit professional pilots. The great physique, stress reliefs, and confidence are just byproducts.
