We are thrilled and incredibly proud to announce a major milestone for our school community!

During the Regional Awarding of Functional School Governance Council (SGC) and Capacity Building on Expanded School Governance held today, June 18, 2026, at the Hacienda Gracia Resort and Hotel in Lubao, Pampanga, our school was highly honored by the Department of Education (DepEd) Region III-Central Luzon.

We received three prestigious Certificates of Recognition for our OUTSTANDING ACCOMPLISHMENT on the Establishment and Functionality of the School Governance Council, in strict compliance with DepEd Order 26 series 2022:

Isang panibagong taon na naman ng pagkatuto ang nagbukas sa atin. Dalhin natin ang mga pangarap, sipag, at tapang sa bawat silid-aralan. Mag-aral nang may layunin, makinig nang may respeto, at tumulong sa kapuwa nang walang pag-aalinlangan.
Tandaan: hindi ka nag-iisa sa paglalakbay na ito. Sa bawat pagsubok, may kakampi ka. Sa bawat tagumpay, may sama-sama Dito sa Josephine F. Khonghun Special Education Center - naniniwala kami na sa pagtutulungan at pagdamayan, walang imposible.
