Yesterday, we had the meaningful opportunity to attend a seminar focused on Strengthening Children’s Mental Health through Psychological First Aid (PFA). The session equipped us with practical strategies on how to support young learners during times of stress, fear, and emotional challenges.
It was truly inspiring to learn how simple care, listening, and reassurance can make a big difference in a child’s well-being. Together, let’s continue creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for our students—where every child feels heard, valued, and emotionally strong. 💙📚
