Due to multiple inquiries, this post is made to clarify that the applicants for the ECP - Batch 2 (Awaiting NOSCA) are 𝑵𝑶𝑻 𝒀𝑬𝑻 included in the orientation on May 18, 2026.

This Office will issue a separate Memorandum with the list of appointees for ECP - Batch 2 once the NOSCA is received.

In compliance with the DepEd Memorandum 01, s.2026:
Calling interested ARAL tutors and support aides to render tutoring in Oras National High School. With the following duties/ functions:
For Tutors:
1. Deliver structured & developmentally appropriate tutorial sessions in Reading, Science, & Math
2. Contextualize lesson plans & other ARAL resources to facilitate learning
3. Track learners' progress
4. Coordinate with the teacher-adviser before and after tutorial session
5. Implement appropriate delivery modes & durations of tutorial sessions pursuant to sec VI.E. of DO 18, 2025

For support aides:
1. Assist tutors in the conduct of tutorial sessions and learning activities
2. Support program-related activities such as vision screening, feeding or provision of meals
3. Provide logistical or operational support during ARAL Program implementation
4. Perform related tasks as may be deemed necessary
(Note: Support Aides shall be engaged STRICTLY ON VOLUNTARY SERVICE)

Who are TUTORS?
- DepEd Teaching Personnel (internal tutors)
- Para-teachers (those who took LET but unable to qualify & been issued for PT a special permit
- Pre-service teachers
- other community-based education supporters

QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Professional background (teachers, para-teachers, pre-service teachers, non-licensed educ grads, retired teachers, college grads, other license professionals
B. Competency in teaching
C. Training
D. Good Moral Character
E. Experience
F. Residence
G. Not limited to the subj. Area specialization, Most preferably Reading, Science, Math

Mandatory Requirements for Interested individuals:
For DepEd teachers (internal)
* Expression of Intent (letter)
For non DepEd
* Expression of intent
* PDS revised 2025
* Supporting docs:
+photocopy of LET Rating/ID
+permit from PRC (Para-teachers only)
+certification of good moral character (for pre-service teachers)
+TOR or photocopy of grades
+photocopy of relevant training (if available)

Deadline of Submission of requirements: April 24, 2026
