✅ PSA OR NATIONAL I'D Photocopy
✅ 1 VALID I.D
✅ Parents Consent (16-17 years old)
✅ Marriage Certificate (if babae na kasal)
✅ MEDICAL certificate (LTO Accredited Only)

🚦 PRACTICAL DRIVING COURSE (PDC)

🚦NON-PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Student Permit
✅ LTO APPLICATION FORM
✅ Practical Driving Course
✅ Medical Certificate (LTO accredited Only)
✅ Parents Consent (17 years old)
