In light of the heavy rain and flooding caused by TD Kristine, the Sorsogon State University – Sorsogon City Campus’ 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 is now open for evacuation purposes.

We encourage all SorSUeño students residing in dormitories or boarding houses who are at risk to take advantage of this safe space. Our Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) officers, volunteers, and university staff are prepared to assist you during this time. Please make your way to the evacuation area as soon as possible.

Newly Elected Supreme Student Council Pledge to Serve and Empower Their Peers

The newly elected members of the Sorsogon State Universtiy - Supreme Student Council - Sorsogon City Campus took their oath of office at the Office of the Campus Director. This marks the beginning of a new era of leadership within the school community.

Our Campus Director emphasized the significance of creating a centralized student organization, representation and encouraged the newly elected council members to embrace their roles as advocates for their fellow students. Each student council member-elect stood up and recited the oath of office, pledging their commitment to uphold the values of the school, work tirelessly for the betterment of their peers, and demonstrate exemplary leadership. The atmosphere was charged with excitement as each member-elect spoke their pledge, vowing to be a voice for change and progress.

As the student council members officially begin their term of office, there is a palpable sense of optimism and excitement among the student body. The newly sworn-in leaders have embarked on their journey to make a positive difference in the lives of their peers and the school community at large. Went to Office Coordinators, Directors, and Administrators as a courtesy call.
