Don’t forget about the good days! (And even on the bad days, so many things are still going right.)

Watching Swapped made me realize that everyone is fighting a battle we cannot see. People become so good at hiding their pain behind laughter, confidence, or silence that we often believe they are perfectly fine. But deep inside, they may be carrying heartbreak, pressure, loneliness, or wounds they never talk about. The movie reminded me that we should be more gentle with others because the version they show to the world is not always the truth of what they feel inside. Sometimes, the strongest people are simply the ones who learned how to suffer quietly.
