ADVISORY | March 16, 2026
Relative to the extreme heat currently experienced throughout the country, this office hereby advises all concerned to wear comfortable attire for work today, March 16, 2026 (Monday).
For security purposes, the university identification card must be worn upon entering and while inside the campus premises. For consistency, the attire for each of the working days must be of same color as the authorized uniform (gray, pink, purple, and beige/tan). Moreover, all university personnel are still required to wear the Filipiniana and ASEAN-inspired attire during the flag raising ceremony every Monday.
This measure is being adopted to ensure that all employees will still be able to accomplish their assigned duties/tasks despite the rising heat index. However, please note that the university policy regarding the prohibition of inappropriate clothing (e.g. short pants, sleeveless blouses/shirts, slippers) within the campus is still in effect.
For your information and guidance.
