✓Currently enrolled in Rawis Senior High School for SY 2024-2025
✓ Born 2007 and above
✓ No blotter record from barangay
✓No guidance record
✓No health concern

Requirements
✓Student ID
✓ PSA or Birth Certificate
✓ Consent Form
✓ Good Moral Certificate

-Tryouts
Born 2007 and and above

-Tryouts and Election of officers
All interested players (born 2006 and below)
