This moment invites us to appreciate the 𝓰𝓸𝓸𝓭 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 that stayed the care that held us, the kindness we shared, and the warmth that lingered even after the flowers faded 🌹

Kahit tapos na ang Valentine’s Day, love does not end in a single date. It continues in quiet efforts, sincere presence, and small moments of understanding yis galing💞

How have you been feeling lately?
Excited (kasi may ka-date this Valentine’s? 🤭) or stressed (dahil sa school? 😵‍💫) Either way, let’s take a moment to pause, breathe, and just be happy — even if it’s just for a little while. Of course, we still have to stay on top of our studies, but that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate love in all its forms! 🫣🫶🏻

Valentine’s Day is usually all about romantic love — flowers, chocolates, letters, and surprises. 💐 But love isn’t just about that. It’s also in friendships, family, little acts of kindness, and even in how you take care of yourself! 🫂🩵

We know school life can be tough. 😿 Exams/recitations that make your heart race, deadlines that feel never-ending, expectations to meet, responsibilities to juggle, and silent battles that no one sees. But still, you keep going. You keep trying. You keep growing. And, that’s something worth celebrating. 🙌🏻

Love also means loving yourself. 💛 It’s letting yourself rest when you’re tired. It’s being kind to yourself when you mess up. It’s noticing your own effort, even if no one else does. It’s treating yourself with the same kindness and care that you give to everyone else. Remember that self-love isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. 🌟
