The Families of Children with Exceptionalities Resource Center (FACES), Pintig Adolescent Development and Psychosocial Support Program, and UPLB Human and Family Development Society, within the Department of Human and Family Development Studies, College of Human Ecology, UPLB, in collaboration with Manila Doctors Hospital, Life Skills Center (Legazpi City), UPLB Gender Center , and other partner organizations invite you on the 2nd SYMPOSIUM ON THE CHILD AND THE FAMILY, this coming DECEMBER 22, 2020 (Tuesday) from 3 pm - 6 pm via Zoom and Facebook Live.

The symposium banners the theme, “Children in Need of Special Protection: Views, Issues, and Interventions,” with the goal of discussing issues and circumstances of children with exceptionalities and their families, strategies on fostering well-being among these children, and catering a safe space for them.

The event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, and will be beneficial to TEACHERS, COUNSELORS, CHILD DEVELOPMENT WORKERS, COMMUNITY LEARNING FACILITATORS, PARENTS, STUDENTS & OTHER PROFESSIONALS.
