Your journey has not been easy, but through discipline, unity, and determination, you were able to reach this important milestone. As leaders, you carried great responsibilities planning, organizing, guiding, and supporting your fellow cadets while also managing your own academic duties. Despite the pressure and challenges, you remained committed and stood as strong examples of leadership, teamwork, and perseverance.

On 10th May 2026 at 0900H, the 355th Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Unit proudly held 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 together with Corps Commander & Staff Turnover with CAPT ANECITO P MEDALLA III PN(GSC) Commandant, 355th NROTCU.

The ceremony was hosted by ASCY Mark Christian T Mecayer PN together with S2PH Devine Joy Toralba PN(Res), who guided the program with solidarity and professionalism.

The graduation ceremony Corps Commander & Staff Turnover was graced by the presence of distinguished personnel, including CAPT ANECITO P MEDALLA III PN(GSC) Commandant Naval Reserve Center Southern Luzon, together with Rev. Fr. ⚓ MILITARY SCIENCE 2 | April 26,2026 | 14th Training Day⚓

On behalf of the 14th training day, the NROTC Cadets undergo the official M16 rifle assembly, disassembly, and familiarization with the parts of the rifle, which was spearheaded by the NSTP Coordinator and the Training Staff of 355th NROTCU of Veritas College of Irosin.

The first ex*****on of the rifle teaches us a lot of lessons that we had learned about Integrity, which means the quality of being honest, ethical, and having strong principles that are consistently upheld. It is often described as doing the right thing even when no one is watching, which implies a wholeness or consistency of character free from corruption or hypocrisy.

Whatever we do, we must be guided by the ethical standard that could foster great impact in the community that upholds the dignity of an individual.

Just like mastering holding a rifle, which reflects our individual capacity to be smart and do what is expected of us as a leader. It should be in the deeper sense of its quality, not just outside appearance or beauty, but beyond the capacity to lead with great enthusiasm, guided by core values that one could be proud of.

Discipline is another thing that each one of us must do, and in accordance with the right way of leading people. It truly starts with us and must be seen through our actions.

Padayon, our dear Cadets! Each step will lead the way in molding and transforming individuals with great dignity and honor.
