• Students who 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥 are required to pre-register before the submission dates/enrollment period to download their admission slip and submit the required medical and enrollment documents on the scheduled dates. • 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 shall be accommodated based on slot availability and ranking. Please access your OPAS account on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 to check whether you have been accommodated. Applicants who are accommodated from the waitlist must complete the pre-registration process prior to enrollment in order to download their admission slip.

• 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 who submitted their requirements on their scheduled dates 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 for their priority or first-choice course, and who wish to verify whether they have been accommodated, should access their OPAS account on June 26, 2026 and re-download their admission slip. If the admission slip reflects the course for which they were waitlisted, this means that they have been accommodated. Applicants who intend to proceed and update their enrolled course must report to the college registrar where they originally enrolled and present the updated admission slip.

📝 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒:

1. Present your 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐩 for the submission of medical requirements at the SorSU Health Services Unit (Clinic) of the campus where you intend to enroll.

For 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬, proceed first to the 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧’𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 of your respective program/course and present your admission slip together with a copy of your Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades for evaluation purposes. Please wait for the Dean’s advice regarding the availability of slots and further instructions before proceeding with the submission of requirements.

2. Qualified freshmen and transferees (with available slots) shall submit their enrollment requirements in a white long-size folder with their name (FAMILY NAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE INITIAL), course, and contact number on the flipside of the folder at the Registrar’s Office of the SorSU Campus where they intend to enroll (Sorsogon City Campus, Bulan Campus, Castilla Campus or Magallanes Campus).

3. Fill out the logbook/log sheets provided for each course. Ensure that the date of submission, name and contact details are clearly indicated.

4. Wait for the confirmation of enrolment through the contact details you provided (expected by the end of July 2026). A Google Form link will also be given for the accomplishment of the Student Individual Inventory (SIP) Form of the Guidance and Counseling Services Unit.

5. Access to student accounts (U-portal) can be secured from the ICT/MIS Office.
