With full hearts and the biggest smiles, the entire Bulan National High School family welcomes you back — 𝘿𝙧. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖 𝙏𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙖 𝙁𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙯-𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙤, Principal IV. Hindi lang po kayo bumalik sa isang paaralan, bumalik po kayo sa tahanan na naghihintay at umaasa sa puso at gabay ninyo.

Today, we pause. We look back. And with full hearts, we say: Maraming Salamat, Sir Johnberk and Ma'am Roselle!

Behind those smiles are a year of sacrifices, sleepless nights, and decisions made not for recognition, but for the learners of Bulan National High School.

You didn’t just lead a school. You carried a community. Through every challenge, every program, every "𝘮𝘢𝘩𝘪𝘮𝘰 𝘬𝘪𝘵𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘢𝘨𝘪, 𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘢 𝘥𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘵 𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘢” moment — you showed us what exceptional service and untiring dedication truly look like. Your leadership wasn’t loud, but it was felt. In every classroom, sa “𝘗𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘴”, sa “𝘋𝘶𝘣𝘢𝘪”, sa “𝘉𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘴”, in every student who dared to dream bigger.

The School Parent-Teacher Association or SPTA serves as the vital bridge between home and school. It is an organization of parents and teachers working hand in hand to support the programs, projects, and welfare of our learners. Through the SPTA, we strengthen collaboration, transparency, and shared responsibility in making our school a better and safer place for every child.
