In line with the 34th National Family Week and Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day, Saint Louis College of Solano, Inc. will suspend all classes and work from 1:00 PM onward on September 28, 2026 (Monday). This practice encourages every Filipino family to set aside time for a shared meal and strengthen family relationships. 💙🤍

As part of sharing their meaningful activity(ies) during the Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day, students are required to submit a printed documentation with a short reflection to their advisers.

In Photos | Grade 5 St. Cosmas Feast Day Celebration

For September 25, the Grade 5 St. Cosmas class celebrated their Feast Day in a meaningful and memorable way as they honored their patron saint, St. Cosmas, whose feast day is traditionally celebrated on September 26.

The celebration began with the pupils attending the 6:00 AM Holy Mass, where they offered their prayers and offerings in thanksgiving. This was followed by a movie viewing with a reflection of the meaningful lessons from the story. They were then inspired by a special talk from Brother Jacob, followed by fun and engaging games that brought joy and camaraderie to the class. The celebration continued with swimming and lunch at the pool.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sir Ronel Betawang, Brother Jacob, Teacher Jenny, the Young Louisian Volunteers (YLV), and the parents for their time, support, and generosity in making this celebration meaningful, joyful, and inspiring for our pupils.

May the example of St. Cosmas continue to inspire our Grade 5 pupils to grow in faith, compassion, service, and love for others.

In Photos | Flag Ceremony Recognition

As part of the flag ceremony on September 22, Sir Christian Dave R. Menguis, the Student Affairs and Services (SAS) Coordinator, recognized the Echo staffers and student-athletes who excelled in various fields and brought pride and honor to the school during the Division Schools Press Conference and District Meet.

The August Best in Bulletin Boards and Cleanest Classrooms were also recognized for their efforts in maintaining creativity, cleanliness, orderliness, and a conducive learning environment.

Grade 1 learners celebrated the Feast Day of Saint Joseph Cupertino with a meaningful, joyful, and faithful day on September 18.

The celebration featured a film viewing of Noah’s Ark, followed by a reflection on trust in God. The children also enjoyed fun and engaging games that brought laughter and excitement to the celebration.
The day ended with a special lunch shared with parents and teachers. It was truly a memorable day that reminded the pupils to follow the example of Saint Joseph Cupertino.

IN PHOTOS | KINDERGARTEN ST. CORNELIUS AND ST. CYPRIAN FEAST DAY CELEBRATION

The kindergarten pupils celebrated the Feast Day of St. Cornelius and St. Cyprian through two days of joyful and meaningful activities, September 16–17, 2026.

The celebration opened with a short movie about God’s Creation, which captured the children’s attention and led to a brief sharing on how God’s goodness is reflected in everything He made. This was followed by a coloring activity that allowed the pupils to express their appreciation for God’s creation.

The team games made the children’s feast days enjoyable and cheerful. The activities concluded with a shared meal, where the pupils, together with their teachers, parents, and guardians, enjoyed food and exchanged stories.

Louisian parents actively participated in the distribution of their children’s First Term report cards on September 11.

During the parents' meeting, advisers also discussed important dates, announcements, and reminders for the Second Term.

The First Term achievers were likewise recognized for their outstanding academic performance.

The parents’ presence and active participation reflect their unwavering support and commitment to their children’s education. Together, the school and families continue to nurture our young Louisianans toward growth, excellence, and success.
