Yesterday, July 21, 2026, the Grade 11 and Grade 12 students of Saint Louis College of Solano, Inc. participated in the Literacy and Numeracy Knowledge (LiNK) Exam. The activity was conducted to assess students' current literacy and numeracy competencies, providing valuable baseline data that will help identify their strengths and areas that may need further academic support.

The results of this assessment will serve as a guide in planning appropriate interventions, enrichment activities, and instructional strategies that promote continuous learning and academic success.

Thank you to our school administrators, faculty members, and staff for their support in the successful conduct of this activity. 🤗

We also commend our Grade 11 and Grade 12 Louisians for their participation and cooperation. Together, we continue to foster a culture of learning, growth, and excellence. 💙🏫

Creating opportunities for growth beyond academics, the Homeroom Guidance Program was successfully conducted from July 13–16, 2026, engaging the students of Saint Louis College of Solano, Inc. in meaningful classroom sessions that fostered self-awareness, positive relationships, resilience, and essential life skills.

The sessions were facilitated by the school’s Guidance Associates: Mx. Lawrence Agravante for Grades 4–6, and Ms. Jamaica M. Claro and Ms. Ana Camille B. Medina for Grades 7–8.

As the school continues to prioritize learners’ holistic development, may every Homeroom Guidance session serve as a stepping stone toward nurturing confident, compassionate, and responsible Louisians. 💙

On July 18, 2026, the officers of GABAY (Guidance Advocates of Bright and Active Youth) and LSDO (Louisian Sons and Daughters of OFWs) successfully participated in the collaborative seminar “Peer Connect: Building Student Support Leaders,” held at Room 110, Millennium Building, Saint Louis College of Solano, Inc.

Facilitated by the advisers of the two organizations, Ms. Ana Camille B. Medina (GABAY) and Ms. Jamaica M. Claro (LSDO), the seminar focused on the roles and responsibilities of peer facilitators, active listening, empathy, effective communication, and proper referral to the Guidance Office. Participants also engaged in role-playing activities, allowing them to apply these helping skills in realistic school-based situations.

May this initiative continue to empower our student leaders to become compassionate listeners, responsible peers, and advocates of a safe, caring, and supportive school community. 💙
