Bascaran National High School conducts General PTA Meeting and Parents Orientation

BNHS held its General Parents-Teachers Association Meeting on June 11, 2026 to discuss important matters for the School Year 2026-2027.

The program started with a prayer led by Ma'am Marichu Linda and followed by the singing of National Anthem conducted by Ma'am Jane Crystelle Lou Basco.

Sir James Pasamonte, Head Teacher III led the Orientation Session about the Three-Term Calendar for this school year and introduction of the faculty and staff. Sir Christian Jerald Decoro then discussed the Revised Classroom Assessment Policies. Ma'am Maria Theresa Marlyn Ballesteros presented a glimpse of the Students' Handbook along with Ma'am Marilyn Reyes explaining School Rules and Policies expected within the school premises.

This program aims to strengthen the partnership of the school community and together work hand in hand for the success and welfare of the students.

ISANG LAPIS, ISANG PAPEL: PAG-ASA PARA SA KINABUKASAN

Ang edukasyon ay isang mahalagang susi sa pag-abot ng mga pangarap. Sa pamamagitan ng proyektong "Isang Lapis, Isang Papel" ng Eat Bulaga, maraming mag-aaral ng Bascaran National High School ang nabigyan ng mga pangunahing kagamitang kailangan nila sa kanilang pag-aaral.

Ang simpleng lapis at papel ay maaaring maliit na bagay para sa iba, ngunit para sa isang mag-aaral, ito ay mahalagang kasangkapan upang matuto, magsulat ng kanilang mga ideya, at patuloy na mangarap para sa mas magandang kinabukasan. Ang proyektong ito ay hindi lamang nagbibigay ng kagamitan kundi nagbibigay rin ng inspirasyon at pag-asa sa mga kabataang nagsisikap makamit ang kanilang mga pangarap sa buhay.

Buong pusong nagpapasalamat ang komunidad ng Bascaran National High School sa Eat Bulaga sa kanilang walang sawang pagmamalasakit at suporta sa edukasyon ng mga kabataang Pilipino. Ang inyong kabutihan at malasakit ay nag-iiwan ng malaking inspirasyon at positibong epekto sa buhay ng aming mga mag-aaral.

Maraming salamat sa inyong pagbabahagi ng biyaya at sa patuloy na pagtulong upang mabigyan ng mas maliwanag na kinabukasan ang mga mag-aaral.

BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026 KICK-OFF PROGRAM

Today marks the successful launch of BNHS Brigada Eskwela 2026 Kick-Off Program, with the theme "Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman" bringing together the school and community stakeholders in the spirit of volunteerism, unity, and shared responsibility.

The program featured inspiring messages from Ma'am Medy Paranes, GPTA President; Dr. Ignacio Dumangeng Jr., School Principal IV; and Sir James Pasamonte Head Teacher III, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in creating a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for our learners.

We are grateful for the presence and support of our Barangay Officials, teachers, parents and students who joined us in this meaningful activity. Your commitment and dedication demonstrate that education is truly a shared responsibility.

From the World Stage to the National Stage, A True Champion Shines!

Brenda R. Zinampan- a dedicated educator from Bascaran National High School, once again made a remarkable achievement from achieving victory on the world stage to conquering the national stage for her extraordinary performance at the Philippine Masters Athletic Championships, where she dominated the competition with an incredible 12 GOLD MEDALS in the following events:

9 Individual Events:
100m, 200m, 400m, 80mhurdles, 400mhurdles, Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump, Pole vault

3 Relays: 4x100m relay, 4x100m mixed relay, 4x400m relay

The 2026 Philippine Masters Athletics Championships (PMAC) took place on May 16-17, 2026 at the Philsports Track Oval in Pasig City. It was organized by the National Masters and Seniors Athletics Association of the Philippines (NMSAAP), that gathered over 500 Filipino masters athletes aged 30 and above across 25 competitive teams.

Her unmatched consistency, strength and determination across every event showcase true championship spirit and world-class excellence.
A true iron woman - both in the classroom and national stage.
