LOOK || IN-HOUSE PLANNING
In active preparation for our upcoming In-house training , the COCC Platoon Leader has officially introduced the comprehensive In-House Training Plan. This strategic blueprint was carefully developed to ensure that every cadet experiences a structured, safe, and highly disciplined environment. By laying out these guidelines early, the Platoon Leader ensures a disciplined Platoon wherein they follow the specific outlined schedules to ensure all members of their companies were aligned to their specific roles.
Under the expert mentorship of CAT Commandant John Paul Dingal and Assistant Commandant Michelle Ongat, the original plan was carefully revised and enhanced to better serve the needs of the company.
