The 4th-year nursing students of the School of Medical Sciences successfully completed their ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ (๐๐๐ฆ) ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฐ ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ (๐๐๐๐ฆ) ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ, gaining important knowledge and skills in responding to emergency situations. The training lasted for three days from ๐๐๐ด๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐ญ-๐ญ๐ฏ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ held at the ๐๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐ผ-๐ฉ๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ผ๐บ ๐ญ of the College.
The training covered five important areas: ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ (๐๐๐ฆ), ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฐ ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ (๐๐๐๐ฆ), ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐, ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ต๐๐๐ต๐บ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ด๐ป๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐. The students learned how to recognize cardiac emergencies, read basic ECG rhythms, manage airways, and provide appropriate interventions during critical situations.
The ACLS sessions also covered the Chain of Survival, ACLS algorithms, systematic assessment, and proper management of cardiac emergencies. Through lectures and return demonstrations, including the ๐ ๐ฒ๐ด๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ, the students were able to practice their skills, improve teamwork, and learn how to respond quickly and properly during emergencies.
This training is very important as the students prepare for Critical Care Nursing, where knowledge, skills, teamwork, and quick decision-making are needed. Beyond the technical knowledge and skills gained, Mr. Eldrine Domingo, one of the trainers reminded them to stay focused on their studies and continue working hard to reach their goal of becoming competent Registered Nurses, as he said, โ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐.โ

The students likewise expressed their gratitude to the team for sharing their knowledge, skills, and experience and for preparing the students to become more confident and capable future nurses. Certificates of Appreciation from the College were awarded to the team as a token of gratitude for sharing their expertise.
The department also recognized the effort of the Clinical Instructors who stayed with and supported the students until the completion of the training.
