Siya ay kilala sa pangalang Rachel Gabanes Ramiro. Isang lokal ng Uddiawan. Siya ay ipinanganak noong Oktubre 9,1970 at kasalukuyang
limampu't-apat na taong gulang.

Ang g**ong tampok natin sa araw na ito ay masasabi nating beterana na sa larangan ng pagtuturo. Sa makatuwid, sa dalawampu't-apat na taon ng kanyang serbisyo sa Kagawaran ng Edukasyon, labing-apat na taon na ang kanyang ginugol para sa batang Uddiawaeño.

Siya ay isa sa mga dekalidad na g**o at kasalukuyang may hawak ng isang seksyon ng ikatlong baitang ng Uddiawan Elementary School . Isa din siyang dekalibreng tagasanay ng mga bata sa iba't-ibang larangan. Kaya nga sa kasalukuyan ay hindi na mabilang ang kaniyang mga naipanalong mga patimpalak. Siya din ang pangunahing gabay ng Ang Sinag, ang opisyal na online publication ng paaralan.

"To teach and touch lives forever." Iyan nga ang motto sa pagtuturo ni Gng. Ramiro. Ayon sa kanya, hangga't kaya pa niya, siya ay taos pusong magbibigay ng serbisyo para sa bata, para sa bansa.

Uddiawan Elementary School teachers participated in a productive collaborative session. Sir Patricio Campos led the discussion on the LIS enrollment process, as well as the construction of tests and Table of Specifications (TOS) for the first quarter. His session provided valuable insights for enhancing the academic standards and ensuring a smooth enrollment procedure. Additionally, Dr. Lemuel Sonio shared essential tips on maintaining good health, offering practical advice for busy educators. The event fostered both professional growth and well-being, ensuring a holistic approach to the current school term.

Uddiawan Elementary School successfully conducted Modular Distance Learning on September 2-3, 2024, in response to Typhoon Enteng. This approach ensured the continuity of education despite the severe weather conditions. Leatners engaged with their learning materials at home, supported by teachers through regular communication. The school prioritized the safety and well-being of its learners while maintaining academic progress. Through this adaptive measure, Uddiawan Elementary School demonstrated resilience and commitment to education during challenging times.
