Para sa mga mag-aaral, ito ay hindi lamang isang katangiang dapat taglayin kundi isa ring mahalagang pundasyon para sa kanilang akademikong tagumpay at pag-unlad bilang mga responsableng indibidwal.
ang Pagkamasunurin sa mga Mag-aaral sapagkat;
1. Pinapabuti ang Kalidad ng Pag-aaral
Kapag sumusunod ang mga mag-aaral sa mga patakaran ng paaralan at mga instruksyon ng g**o, nagkakaroon ng maayos at ligtas na kapaligiran para sa pag-aaral. Nagagawa nilang tapusin ang mga gawain sa tamang oras at maunawaan nang mabuti ang mga aralin.
2. Nakakapaghubog ng Disiplina
Ang pagkamasunurin ay nagtuturo sa mga mag-aaral ng pagkontrol sa sarili at pagpapahalaga sa oras. Ito ay tumutulong sa kanila na bumuo ng mga mabuting gawi tulad ng pagiging puntwal, pag-aayos ng mga gawain, at pagiging handa sa mga aralin.
3. Nagpapaunlad ng Paggalang
Kapag sumusunod ang mga mag-aaral, ipinapakita nila ang paggalang sa kanilang g**o, mga kaklase, at sa magulang
​ Magulang: Dapat ninyong suportahan ang mga patakaran ng paaralan, turuan ang mga bata ng responsibilidad sa bahay, at maging huwaran ng pagkamasunurin.
​ Mag-aaral: Dapat unawain ang layunin ng mga patakaran, igalang ang mga ito, at isipin ang kapakinabangan nito para sa kapakanan Ng sarili at sa iba.
