From planning to ex*****on, our future engineers learned that success starts with proper management and teamwork. Through engaging discussions, real-life insights, and hands-on activities, students gained a deeper understanding of leadership, communication, and decision-making in engineering projects.

These learnings are especially crucial for those who are on their way to take their OJT, equipping them with the skills and mindset needed to succeed in real-world engineering tasks.

Meet our Resource Speaker for 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀, 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸.

𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗗. 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻, 𝗣𝗠𝗣 is a Certified Project Management Professional under the Project Management Institute and a Registered Mechanical Engineer. A proud SLSU graduate, he earned his BSME degree in 2016 and later completed a Graduate Diploma in Project Management at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde in 2024.

With nine years of experience in project management, he currently serves as 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙩 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙄𝙣𝙘., and as 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙩 𝘼𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙. His work bridges engineering practice, leadership, and professional development.

Beyond the workplace, Engr. Handayan is passionate about hosting, public speaking, hiking, traveling, and youth empowerment, bringing both technical depth and human connection into every session he leads.
