IMPORTANT REMINDER TO ALL CHED MERIT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (CMSP) SCHOLARS

All concerned CMSP Scholars are requested to submit a clear photocopy, photo, or screenshot of their LANDBANK Account TODAY for account validation.

Please be reminded that a LANDBANK withdrawal receipt is NOT considered valid proof of an active LANDBANK account.
For validation purposes, the submitted document/photo must clearly show the last four (4) digits of your LANDBANK account number.

Furthermore, scholars whose LANDBANK account balance is below ₱100.00 are advised to visit the nearest LANDBANK branch and deposit the necessary amount to help maintain their account’s active status.

⚠️ PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Closed or inactive LANDBANK accounts may result in delays in the processing and release of your scholarship allowance and may also affect the timely processing of payments for other scholars included in the same payroll.
To avoid delays in the release of your scholarship benefits, all concerned scholars are strongly encouraged to comply as soon as possible.

A Little Reminder to Our TES and TDP Grantees

Please be mindful and considerate of your fellow grantees who immediately secured their Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) Account as soon as we instructed them to open one. They have also made sure to keep their accounts active and use them strictly for their scholarship grant.

Please remember that the timely release of your grant is a shared responsibility. While the Scholarship Office works continuously to process and facilitate the release of your grants, grantees are also responsible for ensuring that they have an active LBP Account as required.

Having an active and properly maintained LBP Account helps ensure faster and smoother processing and release of your grant.

We kindly ask everyone to cooperate and comply with the requirements to avoid unnecessary delays. Your cooperation matters. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. 🙏

EARTHQUAKE ADVISORY | In view of the 4.4-magnitude earthquake experienced today, August 5, 2026, all employees and students are hereby directed to immediately and orderly vacate the campus premises, as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of the entire university community.

All office transactions are hereby temporarily suspended until the inspection has been completed and the University has declared the campus safe for the resumption of normal operations.

Stay updated for further advisories regarding the reopening of classes and work through the University's official communication channels.
