Attention to all students especially in the Academy Department.
For online/Gcash PAYMENTS:
1. May it be known that Gcash to Gcash is free of charge whenever we cash out your payment. Insta-Pay, 7-eleven, or bank transfer to Gcash have deductions so whenever you pay, you must ask the counter how much is the charge rate for each transaction so the officer in charge of receiving your payment will also receive the exact amount for your requests.
2. The Registrar's Office is not responsible for individual payment transactions. What we can only provide is the payment slip. If you want that your documents will be processed ASAP, "KINDLY" indicate a message for the specific breakdown of your requested documents.
Example: Good day sir/mam, this is the payment of (NAME of the RECEPIENT) for:
Certification- Php25.00
Doc Stamp - Php50.00

If you want to clarify before paying, we are glad to accommodate you but again, we are not responsible to process your payments. We have specific areas designated to us. Your "PAYMENTS AND CLEARANCE FORMS" are our basis of reservation for your documents to be processed. We certainly know that you really need your documents ASAP but we need your patience and cooperation to make all transactions be done as early as possible.
3. If you cannot really come in to our campus to do personal transactions, you are given the privilege to send an "AUTHORIZED PERSON" to process your CLEARANCE. However, you still need to provide an authorization letter so that we will be at ease whenever we release any of your documents. Let us do this in a proper and orderly manner together with an "ACT of KINDNESS".
