SEPTEMBER IS SU***DE PREVENTION MONTH! ๐Ÿ’œ

Sometimes, life can feel heavier than we expected. There may be moments when the pain feels overwhelming, the future feels uncertain, or hope seems far away.

But you don't have to carry it alone.

Talk to someone. Reach out. Listen. Stay connected. Seek help.

If you are struggling, asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is a courageous step toward healing.

And if someone reaches out to you, be present. Listen without judgment. Remind them that they are not alone.

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." -Psalm 34:18

May we become people who notice, listen, care, and help one another hold on to hope.

Your story matters. There is still hope. โœจ

Su***de prevention begins when we create spaces where people feel safe to speak, supported when they struggle, and reminded that their lives have value and hope is possible.

You don't need to have all the answers. Sometimes, being willing to listen and be there can make a meaningful difference.
