MDE Driving School wishes to inform the public that Mr. Ralph Sandino Dominguez has not been connected with MDE Driving School effective June 6, 2025.

Mr. Dominguez was previously engaged in the School in a clerical capacity only, with duties limited to administrative support. He was never authorized to negotiate transactions or enter into agreement on behalf of the School. His separation from the School was brought about by the discovery of activities undertaken by him beyond and outside the scope of his clerical duties, without the knowledge, authority, or consent of MDE Driving School.

We emphasize that any transaction, agreement, or service negotiated outside the official channels of MDE Driving School by Mr. Dominguez or by any person claiming affiliation without proper authority shall be considered strictly personal in nature. Such acts do not bind the School and MDE Driving School shall not, in any way, be held liable for these unauthorized dealings and duly issued receipts.

MDE Driving School assures its students, partners, and the public that it continues to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all its programs and services.

We likewise stress that the School will not tolerate any baseless accusations or unfounded claims that may harm its reputation, and reserves the right to pursue proper legal remedies against such acts.
