Central Bicol State University of Agricultureโ€“Sipocot marked its 3rd NSTP-ROTC Training Day on 26 September 2026.

The training began at exactly 0630, as cadets formed according to their respective designations for the pre-orientation and basic formation. Attendance was also conducted to account for all basic cadets present during the training.

At 0710, the Flag Raising Ceremony was led by the ROTC Officers, with the university band providing musical accompaniment. Following the ceremony, the cadets and ROTC Officers marched off toward the university area near the dormitory before proceeding to their designated areas for the continuation of the training activities.

At around 0830, all battalions gathered at the Cultural Hall for a learning session with resource speaker Atty. Gerry A Bongalos, RCrim., J.D., MSDRM. He discussed various rights and laws, providing the cadets with knowledge about their responsibilities, rights, and the importance of understanding the laws.

The session served as an opportunity for the cadets to gain knowledge beyond physical training, emphasizing that ROTC is not only about discipline and military formation.

The 3rd NSTP-ROTC Training Day concluded as another meaningful day of learning and formation, strengthening the cadet's determination, responsibility, and knowledge. Through every formation, lesson, and activity, the cadets continue to develop values and skills that may guide them both within and beyond their ROTC training.
