𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — Sacred Heart High School successfully conducted its 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 honoring the achievements of 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟭𝟬 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟭𝟮 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟭𝟬 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟭𝟮 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀.

The ceremony marked a significant milestone for the institution, especially as it celebrated the graduation of its first-ever Open High School Program learners alongside the regular junior and senior high school graduates.

Serving as the 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 was 𝐏𝐂𝐏𝐋 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐂. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐨, who delivered an inspiring keynote address centered on perseverance, resilience, and gratitude. Drawing from his personal experiences, he shared how he grew up in poverty, walked long distances to attend school, and studied despite limited resources. He emphasized that hardships should not hinder one’s dreams, but instead strengthen determination and character.

Mr. Hermoso highlighted that success is not measured by awards or titles, but by integrity, humility, and how one treats others. He reminded the graduates that their journey in high school—filled with challenges, deadlines, and pressures—has prepared them for greater responsibilities ahead. He encouraged them to dream boldly, work hard, and embrace failures as part of growth.

He also extended his gratitude to parents for their sacrifices and to teachers for their dedication as mentors and second parents. Concluding his message, he urged them to remain grounded, strive to make a positive impact, and remember that graduation is not the end, but the beginning of a new journey.

Also present during the ceremony was 𝗔𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗣. 𝗔𝘇𝗮ñ𝗮, who conveyed the Department of Education’s support and recognition of the graduates’ accomplishments and the school’s commitment to quality education.

The event was led by 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐨 𝐎. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐣𝐚, who expressed pride in the graduates and emphasized the importance of resilience, lifelong learning, and service to the community.

The commencement exercises not only celebrated academic success but also highlighted the dedication of teachers, parents, and stakeholders who contributed to the students’ achievements.

𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲

Sacred Heart High School gave a special commendation to its student teacher during the Commencement Exercises last March 31, 2026. The recognition was awarded in appreciation of the student teacher’s dedication, hard work, and valuable contribution to the school community.

During the ceremony, school officials acknowledged the student teacher’s commitment to teaching and positive impact on the students. The commendation highlighted the student teacher’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and active involvement in school activities throughout their internship.

The recognition served as a token of appreciation for the student teacher’s efforts and as encouragement in pursuing a career in education. Sacred Heart High School expressed its gratitude and wished the student teacher success in future endeavors.

𝓢𝔀𝓮𝓮𝓽 𝓢𝓾𝓬𝓬𝓮𝓼𝓼: 17 𝓢𝓽𝓾𝓭𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼 𝓟𝓪𝓼𝓼 𝓝𝓒 𝓘𝓘 𝓑𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓭 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓟𝓪𝓼𝓽𝓻𝔂 𝓟𝓻𝓸𝓭𝓾𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷!

Seventeen students have successfully passed the 𝐍𝐂 𝐈𝐈 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 certification, achieving a 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲! We commend Ma’am 𝐁𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐁. 𝐀𝐣𝐞𝐫𝐨 and 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐋. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 for generously sharing their knowledge and skills, which greatly contributed to this achievement.
