ANNOUNCEMENT:
Scientia Circle Organization is now looking for new set of officers for the A/Y 2022-2023. All bonifide students of CBSUA-Sipocot with Science subject are hereby requested to contact Hany Bhe Nebreja and Kristine Lloyd Rebanda Revillosa for immediate addition to the group chat of SCO Election 2022-2023.
Furthermore, interested applicants may fill up this google form for filing of candidacy https://forms.gle/q5fWygLNyiKTwT9X6. (Use your institutional email in filling up the google form)
SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:
• Filing of candidacy - December 5-7, 2022 until 5:00 p.m. only.
• SCO Election of Officet thru Google form- December 8, 2022
• Announcement of Newly Elected Officers - December 9, 2022.
Interested applicants shall follow the following guidelines for nomination and election;
1. An exclusive rule shall be enforced wherein the executive positions (President, and Vice President) will ONLY be open to 3rd year and 4th year College students enrolled in at least two (2) Science subjects.
2. The Secretary and Treasurer position will be appointed by the elected president.
3. The minor positions (Auditor, P.I.O, Buss. Managers, Peace Officers, Muse & Es**rt) are open to ALL students of different year levels who are taking up at least one (1) Science subject.
4. Nominated students are not subjected to any limitations such as age limit, civil status, gender, social status etc.
5. Students who are already officers of the other organizations must NOT be nominated and elected.
