The College of Engineering officially welcomed its students through PAGSIBOL 2026, held on August 13, 2025, featuring an engaging orientation designed to help students better understand the College, its programs, academic policies, facilities, code of conduct, and the journey ahead as engineering students. The morning program also highlighted the introduction of university and college officials, presentation of faculty members, and meaningful messages from the College leadership.

In the afternoon, students participated in simultaneous activities tailored to their year levels. First-year students took part in interactive games and team-building activities, while second- and third-year students joined “An Hour with the Dean,” an open dialogue focused on academic experiences, student welfare, concerns, suggestions, and strengthening the Engineering community. Together, these activities fostered connection, participation, and a stronger sense of belonging among Engineering students. 🌱⚙️

The College of Engineering informs all engineering students that the enrollment period will officially end on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

All engineering students are encouraged to complete their enrollment on or before the said date to avoid inconvenience and ensure that they are officially enrolled for the semester.

Students who need to 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 subjects are also advised to process their requests on or before the said date to avoid delays in the completion of their enrollment.

Please also be informed that the release of white forms is now ongoing. Students who have already completed the enrollment process may claim their white forms at the Dean’s Office.

Please be guided by the following:

✅ Incoming First-Year Students

For incoming first-year engineering students, please be guided that they are automatically enrolled by the Registrar’s Office once they have complied and passed all complete admission requirements. Therefore, no White Form will be issued by the Dean’s Office. Their White Forms will be released by their respective advisers at a scheduled time.

✅ Students Included in the Attached List

Only students whose names appear in the attached list (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1DuJ49dJIZPthuPD6yMhlGEiu1gL8sA-w?usp=sharing) are eligible to claim their White Forms (Matriculation Forms).

To claim your White Form, simply proceed to the designated White Form releasing area, look for the assigned personnel, and write your name and signature on the release list. No other requirements are needed.

✔ Please use your institutional email account to access the attached list and verify if your name is included before claiming your White Form.
✔ Bring your fully accomplished clearance during enrollment.

If you cannot personally enroll, you may authorize a representative to process your enrollment by presenting a signed Authorization Letter together with a photocopy of your valid ID.

Likewise, if you cannot personally claim your White Form, your authorized representative must present a signed Authorization Letter together with a photocopy of your valid ID to claim it on your behalf.
