They facilitated the Entrance of Colors and proudly carried the division banner, adding discipline, order, and solemnity to the ceremony.

The Philippines marks Rizal Day today to remember Dr. Josรฉ Rizal, not only as the countryโ€™s national hero but also as a symbol of courage and patriotism. Through his writings and ideas, Rizal opened the eyes of Filipinos to the injustices experienced during the Spanish colonial period and inspired them to fight for freedom.

Rizal believed that education and peaceful reform were powerful tools in building a strong nation. His ex*****on on December 30, 1896, became a turning point in history and strengthened the desire of Filipinos to seek independence.

As Scouts, we are called to embody Rizalโ€™s values of patriotism and service to the nation in our daily lives. Through Scouting, we strive to be active citizens who think critically, serve selflessly, and work tirelessly for the betterment of our communities and the nation.

As the nation honors his life and sacrifice, Filipinos are reminded to continue his legacy by standing for truth, acting with integrity, and working together for the good of the country.
