6TH ROTC INSTRUCTION | 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

“𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.”

On September 5, 2026, the CPSU Sipalay Campus ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 6th ROTC Instruction.
The activity began at 0700H with formation, attendance, and accountability. The cadets and cadettes then participated in area polishing and cleaning, working together to maintain cleanliness and order while developing teamwork, discipline, and responsibility.

At 0800H, the participants conducted basic marching drills to enhance their coordination, discipline, and ability to properly follow commands.

At 0900H, the Practical Midterm Examination commenced. The examination assessed the cadets' knowledge, skills, discipline, and ability to apply the lessons and training gained from previous ROTC instructions.

The examination concluded at 1100H, after which the cadets and cadettes prepared themselves for dismissal. At 1130H, all participants were officially dismissed.
Overall, the 6th ROTC Instruction was a productive and meaningful activity. The combination of area polishing, marching drills, and the Practical Midterm Examination strengthened the cadets' discipline, teamwork, responsibility, coordination, preparedness, and practical skills.

actively participated in a Mangrove Planting Activity and Coastal Clean-Up Drive as part of its commitment to environmental protection and community service.

“5TH ROTC REPORTING | 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

“𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.”

On August 29, 2026, the CPSU Sipalay Campus ROTC Unit conducted its 5th ROTC Instruction. The activity started with a call time at 0700H, followed by the assembly of all cadets and cadettes at 0800H for attendance, accountability, and preparation for the day's activities.

At 0805H, the review for the Midterm Examination began. The review was conducted by 𝗣𝗙𝗖 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟. 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗚𝗧 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘. 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝗥𝗘𝗦) 𝗣𝗔. They discussed important topics and provided the cadets and cadettes with additional preparation for the examination. After the review, the cadets and cadettes were given a 15-minute break.

At 1000H, the ROTC cadets and cadettes took their Midterm Examination. The examination was completed at 1115H. After 15 minutes, the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐂. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐫., arrived at the school together with his assistant and the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗦𝗚𝗧 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹 𝗘. 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮 (𝗥𝗘𝗦) 𝗣𝗔.

𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗖. 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗿. then delivered a message to the CWTS and ROTC cadets and cadettes. He emphasized the importance of their participation, responsibility, and commitment as NSTP students. After his message, 𝗦𝗚𝗧 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹 𝗘. 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮 (𝗥𝗘𝗦)
𝗣𝗔 also delivered a message to the ROTC cadets and cadettes, providing them with additional guidance and encouragement.

After the messages, the activity was concluded, and all ROTC and CWTS students were officially dismissed.

Overall, the 5th ROTC Instruction was productive and meaningful. The review helped the cadets and cadettes prepare for their Midterm Examination, while the messages from the University NSTP Coordinator and University ROTC Coordinator provided guidance and encouragement. The activity also strengthened the values of discipline, responsibility, preparedness, and commitment among the ROTC and CWTS students.

On August 22, 2026, the CPSU Sipalay Campus ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 4th ROTC Reporting.

The day's instruction focused on “𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽,” discussed by 𝗣𝗙𝗖 𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗟 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗬 (𝗥𝗘𝗦) 𝗣𝗔.
The lecture emphasized the importance of effective leadership and highlighted essential qualities such as discipline, responsibility, teamwork, decision-making, accountability, and setting a good example.

Through this activity, the cadets and cadettes gained valuable knowledge that will help them develop their leadership skills and become more responsible, disciplined, and dependable individuals.

The 4th ROTC Reporting served as a meaningful reminder that true leadership begins with discipline, responsibility, and the willingness to serve others.

On August 15, 2026, the CPSU Sipalay Campus ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 3rd ROTC Reporting at the CPSU Sipalay Campus Covered Court, with ROTC students and Advance Officers participating in the activity.

The day's instruction featured two important topics: “ 𝗔𝗙𝗣 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀,”
discussed by 𝗦𝗴𝘁. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗡 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 (𝗥𝗲𝘀) 𝗣𝗔, and “𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲,”presented by 𝗦𝗴𝘁. 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝗥𝗲𝘀) 𝗣𝗔. The activity featured 𝗖𝗣𝗧 𝗝𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗔𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗗. 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗦

The lecture provided the cadets and cadettes with valuable knowledge and strengthened their awareness of their responsibilities as future citizens and defenders of the nation.

The activity also reinforced the core values of discipline, responsibility, patriotism, and service to the country.

On August 1, 2026, the CPSU Sipalay Campus ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 1st ROTC Instruction. The instruction began with the assembly of cadets and cadettes for attendance at 0700H.

Moreover, classroom instruction started at exactly 0800H, which featured lectures on the 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬 and 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 discussed by our ROTC Instructor, 𝗦𝗴𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗡. 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗲𝘀) followed by 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 discussed by 𝗦𝗴𝘁. 𝗝𝗲𝗺𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗼, 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗲𝘀).
