What happens when the brightest minds of Scitamehtam gather?

Earlier today, our officers sat down for our 6th Regular Monthly Meeting of the academic year, and let’s just say... the gears are turning! We kicked things off with the President’s monthly download and a deep dive into the treasury (shoutout to our Treasurer for keeping the numbers as precise as ever). 📈

The real buzz, however, came from our Committee reports. While Media and Planning are cooking up some heat, there was a lot of whispered talk about "NEW PROJECT!" 🤫 What is it? We aren't telling just yet, but trust us—it’s going to be a game-changer for every on campus.

We also got down to the "un-fun" but necessary stuff: setting new resolutions for schedule and discipline to keep us running like a well-oiled machine, and prepping our reports for the annual CHED monitoring.

We wrapped up the afternoon finalizing our Give a Gift Program—because what’s math without adding a little joy to the community? 🎁

The meeting ran late, but when the vision is this clear, time doesn’t matter. Stay tuned, Scitans. Big things are calculating... 📐🔥

As the Intramurals dust settles, it’s time to recognize the real architects of our success and the amazing creative genius behind our booth! Featuring after care and preparation.

This booth wasn't just built—it was designed, decorated, and managed through the 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 and 𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗸-𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 of every Scitamehtam Club member and officers. Every Mini KTV session, every thrilling movie viewing, and our final massive profit achievement was powered by your effort and commitment.

From the first sketch to the final tear-down, you have built a strong foundation for the club. We give full credit to every single for pouring their time and talent into making our booth the ultimate hub of peace, love, and ambience.

We render the general cleaning service after the intramural at Room 14 and 15 assigned to us. All garbage was properly disposed and segregated. Started at 1:30 PM and ended 6:00 PM on November 29, 2025. More than fours hours of cleaning and arrangement.

Thank you for showing what true dedication and unity look like! You earned this success! 🏆

The last two days of Intramurals were absolutely unforgettable! Cabarrusians brought incredible energy for the Cultural Tilt (Day 3) and the jaw-dropping Cheerdance Competition (Day 4), and we were thrilled to be your essential relaxation station through it all.

Our booth was dedicated to providing that perfect package of peace, love, and ambience, serving up non-stop Mini KTV, thrilling movie breaks, and beautiful face painting.

𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹. 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗗!

All thanks to your amazing support, the Scitamehtam Club booth has officially 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗗𝗢𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟! 🤯

Your constant patronage meant we maintained and gained profit right up to the final hours of Intramurals.
